Allow me to introduce myself...

I’m Stephany - I am someone who loves exercise for reasons other than just aesthetics and views food as fuel for my body & soul. Through fitness, I’ve learned the discipline & gained the energy that’s allowed me to chase my dreams and be a top performer.

But it wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows. Let’s just say, starting and stopping diets, binging and restricting, and constant negative body thoughts were what I was familiar with for a while. After years of yo-yoing & restriction and failed attempts of workout programs I developed an eating disorder.





I was SO FAR from who I knew I could be.

And then I had my I’M DONE MOMENT. 

You know that moment when you say, “That’s it. I'm changing my damn life.”

Fuelled by purpose and the potential of who I could become, I gave it my all. I worked, learned, believed, and achieved. I overcame my eating disorder on my own, and finally found a way to love my body without the expense of my mental health. 

Today, I want to share with you perhaps the craziest revelation I picked up on this journey.

It's that my journey would have been a lot easier, faster and more enjoyable I had actually focused on my relationship with food first, in order to have a great foundation.
